The Extra Long 80mm Downlight Heat & Fire Safe Can is commonly used for 240v GU10 Halogen Downlights due to its larger size, but can also be used for 12v Low Voltage Halogen Downlights. It's intelligent design, allows it to clip to the downlight fitting, and fit straight through the ceiling cut-out hole. The Downlight Heat & Fire Safe Can, is now a requirement confirmed by the electrical commission authorities for all domestic downlight installations, where halogen downlights are to be fitted.

Downlight Heat & Fire Safe Covers are commonly used for 12v Low Voltage Halogen Downlights, and 240v GU10 Halogen Downlights. They are available in various sizes, which allows for the greater variety of downlights to be accommodated with these heat and fire safe cans. Some of these covers, are designed to clip directly onto the downlight frame, therefore making it extremely easy to instal, as it becomes one piece with the downlight frame. In addition, we have concrete downlight cans, and flexible downlight cans. The flexible model of the downlight fire and heat safe cans, is designed for deep model fittings, and mini sized fittings. The Downlight Heat & Fire Safe Covers, is now a requirement confirmed by the electrical commission authorities for all domestic downlight installations, where halogen downlights are to be fitted.
