Lodge your fault or warranty request

  • Simply submit your details to us, by filling in appropriate form on our Contact Page.
  • We will get to work on this immediately, and a claims assistant will reach out to you.
  • So we can assist you with the best possible outcome, please allow up to 10 business days for your claim to be assessed and processed.
  • Once your claim has been finalised, we will notify you immediately.
