• We’ll send you an email when your order is ready for collection.
• Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 hours of the time your order was placed.
• Click & Collect is available between 9am-5pm Tue-Fri, so 3pm is the cut-off for same day Click & Collect.
• If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be available on the next business day between Tue-Fri.
• Remember to bring your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form, as well as personal valid identification*.
• When you arrive in-store, head to the counter. A staff member will ask to see your order confirmation.

*Need someone else to pick up your order? Easy, just provide the nominated person your order confirmation, in either printed or digital form. Make sure they are over 18 and provide valid ID at collection.
