Let us know within 7 days of receipt of goods, if you would like to return your order.

We will be happy to accept your return item if:

✔Your items, are still in it’s original packaging.

✔Your items, are in a "as new" re-sellable condition.

✔Your items, are returned by a registered mail service. (The customer is responsible for the postage charges for the return).

You will be issued with an online store voucher (can only be used at www.micalighting.com.au) for the full item purchase price (not including shipping charges). If you have purchased an item that was offered with free delivery, then the standard delivery fee that would have been charged will be deducted from your voucher amount.

We do not offer refunds, for a change of mind.

Once you receive a voucher:

• Online store vouchers are valid for 12 months, from the date of issue.
• The full amount of the voucher, does not have to be used in one transaction.
• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

Please note the following items are not permitted to be returned:

χSale-no-Return Items, such as Sale / Clearance Items.

χSpecial order, Custom-built or Assembly items.

χItems that carry special delivery conditions (this will be noted in the product specifications).
