Chandelier Hoist - 250KG

The Chandelier Hoist - 250KG is designed with ease and convenience in mind.  This Chandelier lifter is commonly used for high void spaces, where chandelier maintenance is difficult.  With a simple press of a button, this chandelier hoist will descend (and ascend) any sized chandelier, for globe replacement and cleaning.

The Chandelier Hoist - 250KG can be installed in 2 ways:

• Inside your roof space - No Ceiling Rose Cover is required.
• On the underside of your roof space - Ceiling Rose Cover is required- (An additional $99 will be added automatically).

The Chandelier Hoist - 250KG has the following product features:

• Ability to control the Chandelier Lighting - On & Off.
• Hand-held Remote Control (Included).
• Each remote control unit, can only be paired with one hoist.
• Capacity:
  • Weight Lifting Capacity - 5kg-250Kg.
  • Max Drop - 10m (Auto stops at the top and bottom limits, which will be set by your installer).
  • Cut-out for Center Spindle - 92mm (When installed inside the ceiling cavity).
• Dimensions: 450mm x 450mm x 110mm.
• Mounting Direction - Horizontal Only.
• Electrical Specifications:
  • Motor Watts - 430w.
  • Rated Current - 36A.
  • Rated Power (Max Load) - 6KW.
• Optional Ceiling Rose Cover (Can be Supplied, at an Additional Charge):
  • Diameter - 705mm.
  • Height - 105mm.
  • The holes are pre-drilled and the screws supplied. However, these small screws will need to be tapped by your installer into the hoist.
• Some useful information, regarding the operation of the hoist:
  • When it is going in the downwards direction:
    • It disconnects the lighting function.
    • It comes down via a stainless cable, and no other cables come down.
  • When it is going in the upwards direction:
    • The stainless cable will take your chandelier to the fully up position, and then will stop.
    • The internal electrical contacts will make connection, and your chandelier lighting will start working again.
• Input - 240v AC.

• Condition: Brand new in manufacturer's packaging.

*Please Note: The remote control unit, requires a direct "line of sight" to the pig tail wire on the hoist unit.
